Brought to you by...

Papa and Grandma! They came over to my house tonight for dinner and they came up with these goals. Papa came up with the exercise one and Grandma with the food. Papa says that if you follow his goal for the rest of your life its all the exercise you will ever need.

1. Exercise every other day. 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening.

2. Only whole grains this week. That includes cereal!

Go ahead and comment on this post if you did last weeks goals as well. I think we are only down to 2-3 people in the contest still.

Well I am officially out of the compitition. That doesn't mean I'm going to stop doing the goals. Mike left this week for Colorado for 6 weeks and I haven't been able to "Officially" exercise since he's been gone. I guess I could count my walks but this was the one week I said it had to be actual work out time. Dang.

Walking around the mall/grocery store or walking around the block? If you set aside time and walked at a fast pace around the block for exercise you should count it! Tanner and I walked from my house to my moms house today. I had already got my exercise in for the week but it was a longer walk than I thought..4.2 miles!! I thought maybe it'd do something to get me into labor..Yah, didn't work-
I'm still in the competition and not stopping folks! I really want these plane tickets!!!! I know Natalie does too so as much as I hate to compete, I gotta do this! If I can do the 5 fruits/veggies thing I seriously feel like I can do ANYTHING!! That's the hardest one for me!
Good goals Grandma and Papa. I once read the best way to "jump-start" your metabolism was to work out a couple of times a day. And anything white isn't good for you...So good goals guys and good luck to all competitors this week :)

Kelsey-everyone else got a week off in the beginning when they didn't read the blog in time so, I think you should get the same. I too am still going strong. I am thinking this weeks challenge should be very doable. I do love bread, but wheat works. So, if Alyson goes into labor how does this all work. She obviously can't exercis so is that her week off? I am thinking we should just give me the tickets-LOL! I have never won anything and I sure as hell (sorry everyone) never thought it could be something that required exercising or eating right. Go Figure!!

Wow, I'm glad I'm out of the competition. Sounds like I would have lost anyway. You guys are in it to win it. Go Hooper daughters....well except for me of course!

I tried, but missed the goals this past week. I hate to make excuses, but a bad work schedule can sure make it hard to eat at all, let alone eat healthy. I was at the hospital from Fri 0500 to Sun 0200 this weekend. I'll try again this week, luckily Jennie's already got our family in the habit of eating whole grains.

Kelsey-Just posting to let you know that I did all of my goals this week. This week was hard being my birthday. I had a couple of cakes made for me and luckily they were dropped off because I have a perfect german chocolate cake just sitting on my counter. The people have no idea I haven't eatin them yet and hopefully they never get on this blog. I want you all to know I refuse to lose to a nine month pregnant girl. Also, Matt tells me I never finish anything I start so the stubborn Natalie is not losing this for that reason also.
