Just to make sure we're all on the same page here... This challenge is not taking place of the entire Peck Biggest Loser Kelsey has been working on this year (Thank You Kelsey!). You will still need to report your weight to Kelsey when the time comes to see if you hit your goal that you set earlier on in the year. If you don't remember what your goal was hit THE SCORE tab and scroll down to the end and Kelsey has it posted there.
How cool is it that Papa does this for us! Coolest Grandpa EVER!!!

"A study of 811 overweight people who participated in four popular diets found that whether diets were low-fat, high-protein, or a combination didn’t matter — weight-loss success depends on cutting out calories."

I think you should all go ahead and drop out now. I have a running list of what I'm gonna do with the thousand...if I'm around to collect it. Freak, the calories I get are enough for an apple and a glass of water. Time to dump the Halloween candy in the garbage. No more Reeses for this Rees girl!!!
Nicole, how the heck are we going to figure out how much vanilla they put in the diet coke's we get? I might have to go buy the vanilla and add a Tablespoon myself just so I can know how many calories there are. Hmmm...not sure if that's worth it.
just to clarify--fitday.com doesn't let you enter the recipes, you have to figure it out yourself. Once you enter it though, it's stored--and it's free, I have stuff saved from 10 years ago. I did find a website that will analyze recipes: caloriecount.about.com --it's pretty similar, but with a recipe analyzer. And I'm sure "there's an app for that" for those of you that are more technically advanced than we are!
Ok suckers. I have to give y'all fair warning. I am a starving college student. So A, I need the money, and B I don't have food in my cupboards to eat anyways. Oh, and did I forget to mention that I am a 200 lb man who exercises 5 times a week? Yeah, Calorie intake is pretty high for me. If any of y'all have iPhones, Nicole, there is an app called iFitness. It has a database of almost all foods, including restaurants. It will track and add your calories for you. I WILL WIN
Oh Reiley...what are we gonna do with you?
