What is not to love about Greg? I mean he is the perfect man. He has two amazing classic mustangs, one with alot more ponies than the other. Greg can talk baseball anyone and loves to watch the October classic. Probably his biggest selling point is that he is a Utah fan! He loves his family and created the perfect basement for family parties. To top it all off he is really, really smart. I have to consider myself the luckiest son-in-law in the world.

I remember how cool I thought Greg was when he did a cheerleading stunt with me once. At the time I had no idea he knew anything about that. Another thought that comes to mind when I think of Uncle Greg is his pumpkin carving abilities. He always finds the hardest picture to carve and it comes out amazing. Last, Greg has always made sure that Chris gets a chance at everything just as everyone else. Whether it be on vacation or at family parties, he's always there supporting his son and making sure he is involved and included in all activities.

Let's see Greg, we go way, way back. Memories I have of you are Tracy sleeping in the truck????. I will always remember the day we were at Dad's having a party and as we went to leave Tracy invited us to your baptism. I thought she was kidding. I had no idea you were even investigating the church. What a great surprise and shock that was. It has been such a treat watching you grow in the Gospel - your countenance has changed dramatically from when we first met. I just want you to know I am grateful that you are a part of this big, huge, wonderful family. Thanks for always being there whenever anyone is in a pinch. (Like my boys when their car breaks down :) ) You are a good man!!!

Hey Mac, or Gregory, as I used to call you many, many years ago. There are so many things I love and appreciate about you. I think the biggest is that you are always there supporting me in whatever stupid thing I am doing or want done at the moment--from helping me design and make a sun hot dog cooker when I was student teaching(though that didn't turn out so well), to taking ward family portraits, to making all the knives for the pumpkin carving, to winding wire for crystal radios for scouts or putting a steam shower in the bathroom or a mister on the deck. It is great that you are so handy at everything--even big project like our basement. I love that after having Mindy when I said I didn't want go back to teaching--you said we would work it out--even though you were still in grad school and I was the main bread winner. Your Mom had always worked and you had no religious reason for your wife to be a stay-at-home mom and yet your took on the burden of school and providing for us. I will always love you for that. I am grateful you gave up golfing and took up boating so that we could all do it together. I may give you a hard time about reading calculus books for entertainment, but I love that you are interested in so many things from cars to astronomy. I love that you gave our son in laws the benefit of your wisdom--"I know that whatever you are thinking is right" and "Whatever makes you happy." I am especially grateful that we can be together forever and have our kids and grandkids with us. I don't know what I would do without you and can't think of anyone I would rather spend eternity with. You are just a good person. Love you. TJ

Remember when you'd be so into whatever game you were watching that you wouldn't even notice me eating your grapefruit? Yum! I loved having you take me to swimming in the morning! I can't believe that you were able to make it to my Daddy program in the first grade. We had to write our favorite thing about our dad's and I put "playing trap". I thought that was so much fun. Thanks for always working so hard, and making sure that we were all taken care of. I love you Daddy.

I remember when I was little I went and slept over and the McAurthers. I was SO scared of Greg. I thought he would yell at me if I did anything wrong. Now, I just have to laugh at myself. Whos afraid of Greg? I love that whenever I see Greg he always gives me a big hug and "acts" as if he is really glad that I am there. Not many people make me feel that way. Hes a wonderful father, a great uncle, and I'm sure is one terrific grandpa. Love ya!

Greg is a great guy, but he knows too much. Who can talk sports and physics at the same time and actually know what he is talking about. Greg needs to see the light and become a BYU fan as well as a Ute fan. I caught the vision a few years ago. I still remember spending hours in the yard getting it ready for Gregs and Tracy's wedding. I have fond memories of Greg in Alaska and on Harvard Avenue. But I agree with Shauna that even though I always liked Greg, something happened when he joined the church. I don't want to say it was a kinder gentler Greg, but something changed. Maybe it was the Holy Ghost. Greg you are a great man and again one of the "Peck" kids made a great choice as their spouse. Go Cougars and Utes

The first time I met the Peck clan was at a Christmas party in the main house basement 26 years ago. I am certain that Shane was breaking the big taboo in bringing me along, but thank heaven I didn't know that at the time. I was nervous enough as it was. Greg is the one person I remember distinctly amid the dozens that I met (this was back when the grandmas, plus Marilyn's siblings and all their kids, spouses and grandkids were at the party.) Greg went out of his way that night to talk to me and to make sure I felt welcome. He has always made me feel welcome and special. I thought it was just me, but Kelsey burst that bubble with her comments. Obviously, he makes everyone feel special. What a great gift. What a great guy!
