Natalies Goals

This week the goals are brought to us by Natalie. I don't know how many people are actually still doing the goals but I know at least 4 people are and 3 of those are still in the contest.

1. The water goal again

2. No fried food

3. 5 out of the 7 days you need to walk at an incline for 30 minutes or more.

I still want to do it, I love to look at the goals, I just have been gone to much to do many of them. The water is good, but just a little over the top for me--64 ounces would be enough. My bishop, a doctor said, when we were setting up a similar thing in RS--following the Peck family guide, that drinking lots of water is not proven to be healthy--right now it is just a fad. I can't walk, let alone on an incline, but I'm with you on the fried foods, cause I don't eat them anyway. I'm so proud of those of you still getting it done!

So I am going to drop out of this contest for a couple of reasons. Right now I'm not able to exercise (I tried and ended up paying for it that night) so I don't think it's fair to Natalie and Jocelyn who are exercising. I haven't talked to Jocelyn but I know it's not easy for Natalie finding the time with a job and 3 kids. Therefore, I don't think it's a fair contest with me in it.
Also (again I haven't talked to Jocelyn to know why she wants the tickets) but I know how bad Natalie wants to take her kids to Memphis to be able to hang out with their cousins. I've been there almost twice as much as Natalie has so that's another reason.
It's been fun though...Good luck Natalie and Jocelyn.
P.S. Shane, you should just call it good and let both of them have some tickets!! LOL!!! That way we can start up a new competetion where everyone can try again.
