Goals for March 24-March 30

This week is going to be a little different. I have a few goals that maybe some people won't be able to do so I'm going to let people pick. Here are a list of 4 goals. Everyone needs to pick 3 of the 4 goals they would like to do. If you want to be extra good do all 4!

1. Walk, run, or jog at least 10 miles this week.

2. Do 75 sit-ups a day

3. No sugar ( I figure after Easter we could all use this one)

4. No fast food

Tomorrow I will put up a post for everyone to comment if they achieved the goals this week. Also whomever is participating in this contest needs to comment on this post which 3 goals they are going to do.

I am going to attempt to do all 4. However I think if I have to eliminate one it will be the 75 sit-ups a day. I don't know why doing that 3 minute exercise is so hard for me to remember.

I will be attempting the 10 miles and no fast food or sugar. I knew the no sugar and no fast food would come sooner or later so at least we'll get used to it!

I forgot how hard the water thing was and how much time you spend in the bathroom. I felt pregnant again. I did both goals though. It's a miracle....I honestly did not think I was going to make it with the water thing. So Kelsey, mark me down as complete this week. Thanks, Nicole

Hey Kelsey, I did the goals this week and I want all of you to know that I did the homemade version. We don't have a gym very close so we have no membership and I haven't taken the two minutes to go buy free-weights, so I used my
7 pound foodstorage cans for my wight lifting. I am sure looking in on me it looked ridiculous. But I have been aching all over this week from the work out. This week I think I will go for the 10 miler, the sit-ups and the no sugar. I figure I have had plenty of sugar today to last a lifetime. Good Luck everyone. Alyson-hopefull the ten miles on an incline will start some early contractions!

Put me down for walking, sit-ups and no fast food. And I flunked last week dang-it! I didn't check the blog in time, and this week I didn't check it in time to do no sugar... so there you have it... I'm a slacker! I needed Natalie's comment at the beginning of last week cause with no membership anymore and no weights I just gave up. Props to Natalie and her creativity! Hopefully you all flunk this week so I can catch up... heehee

8 1/2 miles down, & 1 1/2 to go!!! No sugar, no fast food...Heck, if I wasn't pregnant I might be doing the sit-ups too!!I'm unstoppable folks!!!
