Dotti's Weight Loss Zone

Some of you may be familiar with this website if you've done the Weight Watchers or point system diets. It's the best especially if you eat out as much as I do. Scroll down the page until you get to the restaurant list and all you have to do is click on the restaurant and it will tell you how many points and calories you're using up if you eat any particular item. Even if you don't do the point system it's a great way of knowing which items to order if you're trying to stick with a low cal diet. Good luck and happy dining! Nicole

So I have been so sick this week. I don't think I have felt like this with this high of a fever for years. So, that said, I have flunked this week. I have managed to do the crunches but I have been eating when I actually had an appetite. I don't know that this counts but I think I have lost some weight being sick. Matt however, is still plugging along. Maybe just like with my attempts in doing good at school some extra credit points would be appreciated. I too, have used this website and it is awesome!

Natalie--you probably have a TRUE case of THE FLU!! Unlike all the viruses that go around that make people THINK they have the flu. I am so sorry you have been feeling rotten, and if I had my way, Shane would be a lot more lenient in many, many areas. So, I vote for everyone getting a break for illness.

Natalie, I have failed big time this week as well. I to have done the sit-ups but I have managed to eat after 7:30. I know that because I am nursing I get a break and am supposed to be eating after 7:30 but I think I am supposed to be eating fruit and veggies. Well, I work until 7 and don't get home until after 8. After a long hard day of work the last thing I feel like eating when I get home are carrots and celery.

Amen..I blew it as well!!
The combined goals of no sugar, no eating past 7:30 made me grumpy! I am proud of myself for making it until Thursday of week 2! But it was month-end at work and you need sugar to get through it.
As far as no eating past 7:30..At first I would eat only veggies but I would still go to bed with my stomach growling...I have to have a few graham crackers before I go to bed..It's my comfort food...
