I'm totally bored with most of the things I fix so it would be nice to have some new recipes to try. I still need to try Hadley's chicken pepperoni!Ranaehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11891323606289600370noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359506089560750680.post-29588265195814128552008-09-08T22:36:00.000-07:002008-09-08T22:36:00.000-07:00I think a cookbook sounds great Mom!I think a cookbook sounds great Mom!Alyson and Greg Markhamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06074474184759661077noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359506089560750680.post-57064924683468305382008-09-08T12:40:00.000-07:002008-09-08T12:40:00.000-07:00I think thats a great idea. I'll be gone for Thanksgiving this year and I'm afraid I need those sweet potatoes.kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16323817493678915825noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359506089560750680.post-72989822199213856502008-09-07T22:10:00.000-07:002008-09-07T22:10:00.000-07:00I'm not posting a recipe right yet. If each cook in the family sent 10-15 recipes we could have a great book. Tell me what you think! I'll even be in charge of it. Well, it's a Hadley family classic (apparently). During the movie they talk all about Auroras Chicken Pepperoni. The Hadley’s just had to have it. Mikes dad made up a recipe and I just changed it a bit. So here is a homemade recipe. Mikes favorite meal...

1-2 jars (depending how much sauce you like) of Newman’s Italian Sausage spaghetti sauce.

Pepperoni
Provolone Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Chicken Breasts (once again however many you want)
Spaghetti Noodles

First put the chicken in a baking dish and cover it with the spaghetti sauce. Cover. Bake the chicken in the oven at 350 for 30-35 minutes. You want the chicken to be almost done. Take the chicken out and cut them in half the long way. Put provolone cheese, pepperonis, and parmesan cheese inside. Fold the chicken back together. Do this to all of the breasts. Stick it back in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti noodles.

If it seems confusing let me know. I'll try to explain better.kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16323817493678915825noreply@blogger.com
