The Freestyle relay where Lezak caught up to the Frenchman and beat him!! It was so great, and Michael Phelps' reaction was classic.

I think that Nastia on the uneven bars was a great performance!

Tanners favorite moment was when Michael Phelps won his 8th gold medal.

I really enjoyed watching the swimming but my favorite moment came when the U.S. men's gymnastic team took the bronze medal. They weren't supposed to do anything, but they put together some great performances to medal. They celebrated like the won the gold. It shows that not all olympics are about gold medals.

I have several favorites! I agree with Lindsey--I loved the 4x100 relay. I also loved the 200 butterfly which Michael Phelps won by 1/100th of a second (and his mom's reaction). I also loved when Shawn Johnson won the gold on beam--I so wanted her to get her gold medal!!

I was a Shawn Johnson fan too. Her smile was so addicting that it just made you want her to win that much more. I think one of my favorite Olympic stories was hearing how the New Zealand volleyball players sat out on their Sunday game since they were members of the church. That shows alot. I don't know if I would have been able to show that commitment while going for the gold too. All in all though, the men's 4x100 definitely went down as the favorite at our house.
